information to editors and journalists of the financial media. We do this by drafting

We do copywriting for clients’ corporate collateral such as Annual Reports, Company
Brochures and Corporate Factsheets. We also develop presentations for use during
investor road shows and craft speeches for our clients.
Shareholders issues/crisis management
We provide counsel and assist clients in managing challenging shareholders issues
or crisis situations. We not only act as the contact point for our clients, we also
play a key role in gathering and organising pertinent information and then assess
the best approach to update, clarify with and persuade parties who are involved
or who have an interest in the matter.
Counsel and Review
We advise companies on prevalent IR issues and the continuing listing requirements
as well as adherence to the Code of Corporate Governance and Best Practices.
In our contacts and liaison with professionals in the finance industry and the investing
community, we constantly seek comments and perception review for our clients. Such
feedback is evaluated and taken into consideration in IR programme planning where
appropriate.
